Here at Carrington Engineering Sales, our team members are as unique and interesting as the client base we serve. A perfect mixture of personalities and experiences have blended together to form the Communichemistry that is Carrington. Collectively, we have: swept floors, cleaned bathrooms, worked as Design Engineers, worked as Metal fabricators, managed small businesses, invented products, served as the national sales manager for an international company, and much more.

Our diverse experiences allow us to see things from different perspectives in order to understand your needs. Take some time to get to know a few of our folks. Well-rounded, well-read, and well, maybe just a little bit weird.

Sharon Edge McNeil

Position: Director of Administration and Inside Sales
Experience: Sales, Office Management, Account Manager, Wellness Coach/Fitness Instructor.
First Job: Procurement and reseller of abandoned golf balls- very profitable for an 8-year-old!
Side Job: Teaching circuit training, Cardio Strength, and Yoga. Healthy lifestyle is a must!
If I were a bicycle I would be: a Hybrid – versatility is key!
Hobbies: Traveling, cycling, hiking, snorkeling and kayaking
